Oops, so its a four game series

Well we can hope for a sweep, I gues. But here we've just finished the eigth inning, and again we left two on base. Even bringing in Torii Hunter to pinch hit for Nick Punto (who had a suprising 2-4 day at the plate) just gave the A's relief pitcher another strike out. Don't you just want to play what might have been?

Now its the top of the ninth, Reyes has come back in to pitch the ninth and he has cleverly walked the first batter - just what you want your ace pick off the pesky left hander to do.

At least Gardy is taking him out.

Quick update from the evil Yankee$ game - bottom of the ninth, Yankee$ 7, Tampa 6; Tampa Bay batting, runners on 1st and 2nd, nobody out and Harris at bat. So fast hopes are crushed, as Harris grounds into a double play, leaving Crawford at 2nd and of course 2 outs now.
